Once an order is placed, we regret to inform you that it cannot be modified or cancelled. We urge you to review all order details carefully before finalizing your purchase. Lemon Lilt does not dispatch orders on public holidays and weekends. All orders are shipped from our offices in Mumbai, India.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email automatically. If this email is not in your inbox shortly after your purchase, please check your spam folder.
Occasionally, due to high demand, an item may become unavailable after your order is made. Should this occur, Lemon Lilt will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a cheque to the order's address. Refunds processed back to your original payment method may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.
Lemon Lilt reserves the right to cancel any orders after a review by our security team.
A shipping confirmation email, complete with tracking details, will be sent once your order is on its way.

Pre-Order Policy:
For items available for pre-order, shipping will commence as soon as the items reach our facility. Pre-order purchases are charged at the time of checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. For any pre-order inquiries, reach out to us at Business@lemonlilt.com.

Lost Packages:
Lemon Lilt cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon dispatch, the responsibility for the package transfers to the courier service.
